O quartel da PM em Rio Doce perto da ponte do Janga é uma bagunça, os soldados de serviço abandonam o quartel e vão dormir em casa no seu turno de descanso, retornando no próximo turno. Talvez seja por isso que não atendem às solicitações...
The PM 190 phone is a joke, unfortunately when we need to get a protocol but no help comes. The PM headquarters in Rio Doce near the Janga Bridge is a mess, the service soldiers leave the barracks and go to sleep at home on their rest shift, returning the next shift.
