O médico pediu que retornasse após tratamento farmacológico, mas a supervisão não aceitou o retorno em razão do médico ter esquecido de dar um papel carimbado e não perguntam ao médico para confirmar. Não permitem acesso a ele. Já paguei uma consulta e dois exames na clínica e querem cobrar pelo retorno que o médico garantiu no consultório que seria um retorno, não uma nova consulta. A supervisão da clínica passou por cima da relação médico paciente.
Bad service, unethical. They do not respect the doctor-patient relationship. The doctor asked him to return after pharmacological treatment, but the supervision did not accept the return because the doctor forgot to give a stamped paper and did not ask the doctor to confirm it. They do not allow access to it. I already paid for a consultation and two exams at the clinic and they want to charge for the return that the doctor guaranteed in the office that it would be a return, not a new consultation. The supervision of the clinic overlooked the doctor-patient relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!! Ambiente super cheio. Não respeitam as normas de distanciamento social. Atendimento ruim. Muita falta de respeito com o cliente. Após quase 2h de espera, pedi meu dinheiro de volta (a médica não havia chegado e não tinha previsão de chegada). Desisti do atendimento pediátrico para minha filha. Ainda fizeram maior burocracia para devolver o dinheiro. Foi a primeira e última vez! Policlínica do amigo? Amigo do seu dinheiro, só se for. Me senti desrespeitada. Péssima gestão! A coordenadora super despreparada para o cargo.
Terrible attendance!!! Super full environment. They do not respect the norms of social distancing. Bad service. A lot of lack of respect for the customer. After almost 2 hours of waiting, I asked for my money back (the doctor had not arrived and had no expected arrival). I gave up pediatric care for my daughter. They even made more bureaucracy to return the money. It was the first and last time! Friend's Polyclinic? Friend of your money, only if it is. I felt disrespected. Bad management! The super unprepared coordinator for the position.

Some agency needs to take action regarding this polyclinic. And this lack of respect for the consumer is in all units. The delay to answer is absurd.
