Service at the reception is great. But the doctor is late, and they see many people in one afternoon. The demand is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento das recepcionista é péssimo, marquei um exame para 10h da manhã, cheguei para o exame e o médico não estava devido a problemas pessoais, não recebi nenhuma ligação avisando, fui remarcada para a tarde, para as 14hrs, cheguei às 13h:30, era a segunda pessoa na ordem de chegada, fui atendida por último, as 16h e 40..
Não acho nada justo fazerem isso.
The receptionists' service is terrible, I scheduled an exam for 10 am, I arrived for the exam and the doctor was not due to personal problems, I did not receive any calls saying, I was rescheduled for the afternoon, for 2 pm, I arrived at 1:30 pm , I was the second person on the order of arrival, I was attended last, at 4:40 pm.
I don't think it's fair to do that.

The service is even good... it just needs a little more attention from the receptionists... other than that it's well organized too?
