★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, principalmente para quem quiser agilidade no atendimento. Serviço muito demorado! Depois de 3 horas esperando ser atendido e a clínica já quase vazia, fui questionar o motivo da demora, só então me informaram que a técnica responsável pela realização do exame havia passado mal e que outro técnico desceria ela realizar o exame, até ele descer foi outra demora. Essa história também não convenceu muito. Por que esperar 3 horas pra avisar? Por que avisar só depois de interrogados a respeito de tanta demora?. Fui tratado como se eu tivesse o dia todo disponível para a realização de um simples exame.
I do not recommend it, especially for those who want agility in service. Very time-consuming service! After 3 hours waiting to be seen and the clinic was almost empty, I questioned the reason for the delay, only then I was informed that the technician responsible for conducting the exam had been sick and that another technician would come down to perform the exam, until he went down another delay. This story also did not convince much. Why wait 3 hours to let me know? Why warn only after being questioned about so much delay? I was treated as if I had the whole day available for a simple exam.

A demora é algo comum a todas as clínicas de CG, então não tem como reclamar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento espetacular das meninas da recepção e que auxiliam o médico na sala. Sai insatisfeita e triste pois no início perguntei se sairia o resultado da H.pylore e me falaram que sim, porém no final da endoscopia sai com uma amostra para fazer a biopsia da bactéria ( mas no início num fui informada que na endoscopia já sairia?) não entendi. Então ao pergunta sobre a mesma eu teria que pagar mas 160,00 por fora para fazer essa biópsia?. Isso deixou a desejar, mas tudo bem. Toda experiência é valida ?.
Onde meu esposo faz a endoscopia dele já saí com o resultado com a biopsia da H.pylore então a moça me confirmou que ai sairia também, por isso eu fiz?. Agora estou na dúvida se irei fazer meus outros exames ou não.
PS: A atende foi super atenciosa, não tenho nada a reclamar, mas mesmo indo para outro laboratório fui impedida de realizar o exame no mesmo dia por falta do Carimbo do médico onde tive que esperar mais dois dias para que conseguisse a guia carimbada. Mesmo com o desconto oferecido ainda me compensou fazer no outro laboratório ( tanto em questão de valor quanto na forma de pagamento oferecida). Mas não tenho o que reclamar em relação a atendente, até porque a mesma é um encanto de pessoa ?.
Spectacular service from the reception girls who assist the doctor in the room. I left unsatisfied and sad because at the beginning I asked if the result of the H.pylore would come out and they told me that yes, but at the end of the endoscopy I left with a sample to do the biopsy of the bacterium (but at the beginning I was told that in the endoscopy it would come outopia ) I did not understand. So when asked about it I would have to pay 160.00 more on the outside to do this biopsy?. This left something to be desired, but that's okay. Every experience is valid ?.
Where my husband does his endoscopy I already left with the result with the biopsy of H.pylore so the girl confirmed that I would leave there too, that's why I did it?. Now I am in doubt whether I will do my other exams or not.
PS: The attendant was super attentive, I have nothing to complain about, but even going to another laboratory I was prevented from performing the exam on the same day due to the lack of the doctor's stamp, where I had to wait two more days to get the stamped guide. Even with the discount offered, it still paid me to do it in the other laboratory (both in terms of value and in the form of payment offered). But I have nothing to complain about in relation to the attendant, not least because she is a person charm ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, eles marcam consulta/exame com mais gente que o lugar suporta, tinha fila de gente esperando pra ser atendido no sol, idoso sem ter onde sentar, e os profissionais despreparados.... Falta de consideração com o cliente não ter ao menos um lugar pra sentar...
Horrible, they schedule an appointment/exam with more people than the place can handle, there was a line of people waiting to be seen in the sun, elderly people with nowhere to sit, and unprepared professionals.... Lack of consideration for the client, not having at least a place to sit...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi boa1ª e última vez pois fiquei esperando 4 horas para ser atendida fui fazer uma ultrassom a médica ainda com a porta aberta me disse “olha se não estiver grávida não vou faz o exame “ achei uma falta de ética da parte dela e quando eu saí do banheiro já tinha outra paciente na sala ela não esperou eu sair para chamar outra paciência e outro ponto negativo na clínica entra muitas pessoas para pedir esmolas a clínica não tem estrutura para atender a demanda de pessoas .
My experience was not good 1st and last time because I was waiting 4 hours to be seen I went for an ultrasound, the doctor still with the door open told me “look if I'm not pregnant I won't do the exam” I found her to be unethical and when I left the bathroom there was already another patient in the room she did not wait for me to leave to call another patient and another negative point in the clinic many people come in to ask for alms the clinic does not have the structure to meet the demand of people.
