 Doctor Dr ° Itamar is very late, I was waiting for more than 1 hour, I don't recommend it to anyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as consultas que observei na espera e a minha não chegam a durar 5 minutos. Pouquíssimo atencioso, mal olha os resultados dos exames, apenas se livra rapidíssimo dos pacientes.
All the consultations I observed while waiting and mine did not last for 5 minutes. Very little attentive, barely looking at the test results, just getting rid of the patients very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei com o Dr. Itamar, ele me receitou um medicamento para um problema com base em um exame de 3 anos atrás sem pedir um exame atualizado e quando eu fiz questionamentos sobre o tratamento ele ficou irritado e me respondeu de maneira bastante rude.
A impressão é que ele quer te expulsar da sala e passar qualquer medicamento o mais rápido possível, não recomendo para ninguém.
Não costumo postar avaliações mesmo para situações bastante negativas, mas eu fiquei tão sem reação com a forma que fui tratada quer dessa vez eu tive que postar.
I spent time with Dr. Itamar, he prescribed me a drug for a problem based on an exam 3 years ago without asking for an updated exam and when I asked questions about the treatment he got angry and responded to me in a very rude way.
The impression is that he wants to kick you out of the room and give you any medication as quickly as possible, I don't recommend it to anyone.
I don't usually post reviews even for very negative situations, but I was so unresponsive to the way I was treated that this time I had to post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento médico pelo menos no meu caso, foi bom, não demora muito, médico atencioso e prestativo, porém as recepcionistas são extremamente mal educadas, antipáticas, atendem as pessoas com muita má vontade, me confundiram com outra paciente e cancelaram uma consulta minha, fazem pouco caso dos pacientes , a clinica deve analisar melhor o atendimento prestado por essas mulheres, porque gente pra fazer essa função tem ás pencas, e com certeza encontrariam pessoas melhores treinadas para lidar com atendimento à pacientes.
The medical care, at least in my case, was good, it doesn't take long, an attentive and helpful doctor, but the receptionists are extremely rude, unfriendly, they treat people very unwillingly, they confused me with another patient and canceled my appointment, pay little attention to patients, the clinic should better analyze the care provided by these women, because there are lots of people to perform this function, and they would certainly find people better trained to deal with patient care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Itamar atendeu 15 pacientes em menos de uma hora. Fiquei esperando mais de 90min na fila para ser atendido. Descaso total com os pacientes. Não recomendo a ninguém, consultório visa o atendimento em massa sem respeitar horarios agendados.
Dr Itamar saw 15 patients in less than an hour. I was waiting more than 90 minutes in line to be attended. Total disregard for patients. I don't recommend it to anyone, the office is aimed at providing mass service without respecting scheduled times.
