★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar vacina da Covid e só tinha uma enfermeira aplicando um absurdo tinha mas de 50 pesssoas na fila e só chegar mais e mais e eles estavam só atendendo os idosos que claro deveriam passar na frente mas também deveria ter uma pessoa para cada categoria a para idosos e uma para não idoso!
Fiquei na fila mas de 4 horas e não fui atendida!
I went for Covid's vaccine and there was only one nurse administering an absurdity, there were more than 50 people in the queue and only arriving more and more and they were only attending to the elderly who of course should go ahead but there should also be one person for each category to stop. elderly and one for non-elderly!
I was in the queue for 4 hours and I was not answered!

Está unidade vem passando por reformas e melhorias, tem área de estacionamento e rapas de acesso para pessoa com deficiência, oferta uma gama de serviços de saúde para população.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irrepreensível! Fomos lá, eu esposa e filho, duas vezes para testagem. Ficamos de boca aberta. Na entrada um agente de segurança já pergunta o que queremos e acompanha a pessoa até o lugar! Lá, posto de testagem, antes de sentar um/a funcionária/o já vem até vc pra fazer a triagem! Nem um minuto depois vc é chamado, colhem material e 15 minutos depois sai o resultado! Onde já se viu isso? Exemplar o atendimento e funcionamento. Não sei se em outras é assim. Mas, de novo, ficamos de queixo caído. E recomendamos a um casal que foi lá e foi tratado do mesmo jeito! Um absurdo kkkkk. Parabéns 10 vezes! Vocês são um orgulho pra nós!
Flawless! We went there, my wife and son, twice for testing. We were left with our mouths open. At the entrance, a security agent asks what we want and escorts the person to the place! There, testing station, before sitting down, an employee comes to you to do the screening! Not a minute later you are called, they collect material and 15 minutes later the result comes out! Where has this been seen? Exemplary service and operation. I don't know if it's like that in others. But again, our jaws dropped. And we recommend it to a couple who went there and were treated the same! Absolutely absurd. Congratulations 10 times! You are a pride for us!

Hoje de manhã fui a Policlínica para Consultar com Dermatologista.
Todas Clínicas da familia e Postos de Saúde são iguais. Mas encontrei um local que parece que voce vai visitar uma pessoa amiga. O interior da Policlinica tem plantas diversas muito lindo.
Na entrada parece Clínica, mas quando voce entra uma Paz, harmonia um ambiente que favorece a contemplar, natureza muitos arvoredos. Os funcionários gentis, atenciosos. Gostei do ambiente. Retornarei para o tratamento porque o setor que faz o prontuário tinha muitas pessoas aguardando eu tinha compromisso de buscar medicação no Posto de Saúde de outro bairro.
A Prefeitura precisa contratar mais funcionários para fazer Prontuários (cadastrar pacientes que vão a primeira vez) O atendimento é vagaroso por falta de funcionários no Cadastro.
Se no balcão onde entrega o número para atendimento com o médico, houvesse um sistema de numeração que gerasse o numero do prontuário automático e cadastrasse a pessoa que vai a primeira vez, seria muito mais rápido.
Porque voce vai para o final do corredor espera sua vez e lá encontra umas 20 pessoas esperando.
Bem demorado. Mais funcionários e informatização é o que precisa a Policlínicas.
Pessoas que atendem são educadas. A direção também.
Local c/normas de Segurança e Prevenção, Pandemia Covid 19.
Entrada somente c/ máscaras ???

I liked the place.
This morning I went to the Polyclinic to see a Dermatologist.
All Family Clinics and Health Posts are the same. But I found a place that looks like you're going to visit a friend. The interior of the Policlinica has different plants very beautiful.
At the entrance it looks like a Clinic, but when you enter a peace, harmony, an environment that favors contemplating nature, many trees. The kind, attentive staff. I liked the environment. I will return for treatment because the sector that makes the record had many people waiting and I had a commitment to get medication at the Health Center in another neighborhood.
The City Hall needs to hire more employees to make records (register patients who are going for the first time) The service is slow due to lack of employees in the Registry.
If there was a numbering system at the counter where you hand out the number for the doctor's appointment to generate the number of the automatic medical record and register the person who goes there for the first time, it would be much faster.
Because you go to the end of the corridor and wait your turn and there you find about 20 people waiting.
Pretty long. More employees and computerization is what Policlínicas needs.
People who attend are polite. The direction too.
Location with Safety and Prevention Standards, Covid Pandemic 19.
