★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira consulta com o pediatra Dr. Joaquim, a consulta era as 18:00, chegamos com 5 minutos de atraso, devido ao horario de pico e o médico já havia ido embora!
Sendo que já aguardamos em outras ocasiões, com outro médico 1:30.
Experiência negativa.
 First appointment with pediatrician Dr. Joaquim, the appointment was at 18:00, we arrived 5 minutes late, due to the peak hours and the doctor was already gone!
Since we have waited on other occasions, with another doctor 1:30.
Negative experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente, a falta de atendimento telefônico, nos causa mal estar. Parecem sempre mal humoradas e tem médico sem educação também. Teve um ortopedista ai que deixou a desejar. Pagava assimedica, ele me atendeu , mandou fazer exame, quando levei o resultado, ele não quis me atender mais , pois disse eu não fazia mais parte desse plano. eu só queria o resultado, um cara grosso, estu´pido e não deveria exercer essa profissão. MELHOREM O ATENDIMENTO, CASO CONTRÁRIO VÃO TER QUE FECHAR A CLÍNICA. Claro que hoje estou com a Unimed, mas esse médico, não me ve nunca mais.
Really, the lack of telephone service, causes us discomfort. They always seem sulky and there is a doctor with no education too. There was an orthopedist there who left something to be desired. I paid asymmetric, he answered me, he ordered me to take the exam, when I took the result, he didn't want to answer me anymore, because he said I was no longer part of that plan. I just wanted the result, a thick, stupid guy and I shouldn't be practicing this profession. IMPROVE THE SERVICE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO CLOSE THE CLINIC. Of course, today I'm with Unimed, but this doctor never sees me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente possui bons profissionais, porem a dificuldade para o agendamento de consulta é imensa! Você liga diversas vezes e o telefone é desligado, muita falta de respeito com quem paga caro por esse tipo de gestão.
The environment has good professionals, but the difficulty for the appointment scheduling is immense! You call several times and the phone is disconnected, much lack of respect with who pays dearly for this type of management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou ligando a mais de 03 dias, as recepcionistas atendem e já desligam na sua cara a gente não consigo marcar consupess falta de respeito fico pensando como os médicos deixam isso acontecer isso só serve pra perder paciente. Depois uma pesoa dessa fica desempregada e vai reclamar que situação do não vai bem.
I'm calling more than 03 days, the receptionists answer and turn off in your face we can not dial consupess lack of respect I think how the doctors let this happen that only serves to lose the patient. Then a weight of this becomes unemployed and will complain that the situation is not going well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difício agendar consultas nesse consultório... Fiquei tentando a manhã toda e nada. Tive que me deslocar ao local para agendar. Elas afirmar que tb apoiam na triagem dos pacientes.. e me deram um whatsapp para fazer contato caso elas não respondam... Enfim a empresa carece de melhorias urgentes nisso!! Sobre o atendimento foi excelente!!
It's hard to schedule appointments in this office... I've been trying all morning and nothing. I had to go to the place to schedule. They affirm that they also support the triage of patients... and they gave me a whatsapp to contact me if they don't respond... Anyway, the company needs urgent improvements in this!! About the service it was excellent!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente desisti de marcar um horário nessa clinica, tem dois numeros de telefone, um não atendem de jeito nenhum e o outro quando atendem desligam na nossa cara, isso é um absurdo. O pior de tudo é ver que esses mesmos comentário foram feitos há 3 anos atrás e nada mudou. Que desgosto.
I simply gave up making an appointment at this clinic, there are two phone numbers, one does not answer at all and the other when they do, hang up on us, this is absurd. Worst of all is seeing that these same comments were made 3 years ago and nothing has changed. What a disgust.
