★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Não percebi que se importam com a vida do pet, só com o quanto podem lucrar. Atendimento lá é 24hs, se não tem outro lugar para recorrer, prepare o bolso e que Deus proteja o animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima só querem lucrar não si importam com o animalzinho so se aproveitam do emocional dos donos...meu cachorrinho ficou 3 dias gastei mais se mil reais e saiu do mesmo jeito tive que trocar de clínica no primeiro dia na outra clinica já apresentou melhoras.
They just want to profit, they don't care about the pet so they take advantage of the owners' emotional ... my puppy stayed 3 days spent more if a thousand reais and left the same way I had to change the clinic on the first day at the other clinic already showed improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamais levem seus pets para esse lugar, paguei a consulta e marquei a cirurgia para meu pet, chego no dia da cirurgia e dizem que não possuem profissionais para esse procedimento, e ainda queriam me cobrar 4x o valor que já tinha sido orçado, além de irresponsáveis nada profissionais, ainda queriam cobrar muito além do que já tinha sido acordado, essa irresponsabilidade podia ter custado a vida do meu gato, se vocês amama os seus pets, jamais levem nesse lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram 500 exames e ultrassom e não acharam o problema. Queriam mais exames, eu não autorizei, seriam mais R$ 900,00. Já havia gasto R$ 1500,00. Nem suspeita tinham do que poderia ser. Vc sente um certo amadorismo nisso. Levei em outro lugar e foi tarde demais, minha cachorra faleceu. Parabéns amadores, ou será profissionais em arrancar seu dinheiro?
They did 500 exams and ultrasound and did not find the problem. They wanted more exams, I didn't authorize it, it would be R$900.00 more. I had already spent R$1500.00. They didn't even suspect what it could be. You feel a certain amateurism about it. I took it elsewhere and it was too late, my dog died. Além deles serem muito careiros e quererem te empurrar um monte de exames desnecessários, depois que você pega CARO pelo serviço eles deixam você esperando até cansar. Pode preparar o bolso e a paciência caso resolva levar seu pet pra essa clínica.
I do not recommend!! I had a stressful experience at the veterinary polyclinic. Besides they are very expensive and want to push you a lot of unnecessary exams, after you get CARO for the service they leave you waiting until you get tired. You can prepare your pocket and patience if you decide to take your pet to this clinic.
