Amazing how I never get an appointment until it's scheduled but then they apologize that it was wrongly scheduled, who replaces my trips?

O Doutor solicitou uma tomografia com urgência e uma semana depois da data agendada, eu mando mensagem pra confirmar e a pessoa informa que infelizmente a técnica não confirmou! Antes tivesse agendado pelo SUS, porque o particular é péssimo!
Editando porque dá pra ficar pior, vai fazer 2 meses que ainda não marcaram meu retorno, isso porque o médico solicitou URGÊNCIA!

The Doctor urgently requested a CT scan and a week after the scheduled date, I send a message to confirm and the person informs that unfortunately the technician did not confirm it! I would have booked through the SUS before, because the private service is terrible!
Editing because it can get worse, it's been 2 months since my return was scheduled, that's because the doctor requested URGENCY!
