★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para pedir um orçamento pra minha obra, me disseram que apenas o Roberto poderia me dar o orçamento, mandei mensagem uma vez e ele pediu pra que eu ligasse... nos dias seguintes tentei ligar, mas o telefone só dava caixa postal... Liguei novamente pra empresa e eles disseram que o celular dele estava quebrado e que não poderiam fazer nada, que apenas ele poderia me dar um orçamento! Na minha opinião uma empresa que só UMA pessoa pode dar orçamento e o dito cujo não está atendendo o celular e a empresa não faz nada, é porque não quer ganhar dinheiro, estão favorecendo a concorrência! Pode até ser que tenham um bom atendimento, mas a minha primeira impressão foi de uma empresa de grande porte que age como se fosse uma microempresa!
I called to ask for a quote for my work, they told me that only Roberto could give me the budget, I sent him a message once and he asked me to call him ... the next few days I tried to call him, but the telephone was just a mailbox. I called the company again and they said that his cell phone was broken and they could not do anything, that only he could give me a budget! In my opinion a company that only ONE person can give a budget and the one whose phone is not answering and the company does not do anything, it is because they do not want to make money, they are favoring the competition! It may even be that they have a good customer service, but my first impression was of a large company that acts as if it were a microenterprise!
