★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é realmente muito ruim. Do atendente no telefone até a entrega da mercadoria. Sempre muito confuso, você liga faz o pedido e depois descobre que eles não tem a mercadoria pra entregar. Péssimo mesmo.
The service is really very bad. From the attendant on the phone to the delivery of the goods. Always very confused, you call and place the order and then discover that they don't have the goods to deliver. Really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa impressão e experiência desta Empresa, atendimento ruim e sem controle de estoque.
Efetuei compra e não retirei no mesmo dia por conta de não caber no meu carro, daí retornar 5 dias após a compra, fui surpreendido com a frase de não ter estoque e ainda que a matéria prima estava em falta, sem previsão de chegada e consequentemente minha entrega.
Vejo que ainda tem empresas trabalhando como antigamente, em que se vendia o que não tinha, ao menos um controle de produção ou entrada e saída.
Não recomendo a compra se deixar para buscar depois, para que não tenha prejuízo, constrangimento o atrasos em sua obra.
I did not have a good impression and experience of this Company, poor service and no inventory control.
I made a purchase and did not remove it on the same day because it did not fit in my car, so I returned 5 days after the purchase, I was surprised by the phrase of not having stock and even though the raw material was missing, with no expected arrival and consequently my delivery.
I see that there are still companies working as before, selling what they didn't have, at least a control of production or entry and exit.
I do not recommend the purchase if you leave to look for it later, so that there is no loss, embarrassment or delays in your work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei surpreso em saber que eles fabricam caixa de isopor, mas não gostei muito do atendimento, pois comprei 8 placas de isopor por encomenda e eles não queriam me dar um saco para colocar as placas e nem passar uma fita adesiva.
Daí a moça colocou em um saco que eles usam para colocar as placas.
Enfim, eles querem economizar de todo jeito.
I was surprised to hear that they make Styrofoam boxes, but I didn't like the service, because I bought 8 Styrofoam sheets by order and they didn't want to give me a bag to put the sheets in, nor did I use tape.
Then the girl put it in a bag that they use to put the plates.
Anyway, they want to save anyway.
