Pelo não cumprimento de período de entrega , e a transportadora da Polishop informa mentiras pelo rastreio , estou aguardando meu ventilador desde o dia 20/12/18 , hj são 09/01/19 e estão constando no rastreio que vieram dia 04/01 e 09/01 fazer a entrega e eu estava ausente. MENTIRA!!! estou em casa o dia todo e acompanhando o rastreio . Já liguei no Sac expliquei o que está ocorrendo e não resolveu.
O prazo de entrega que me informaram no ato da compra era de 7dias.
Disappointed!!! Due to the failure to comply with the delivery period , and the Polishop transport company informs lies through the screening , I have been waiting for my fan since 12/20/18 , today it is 01/09/19 and the tracking is showing that they came on 01/04 and 1/9 make the delivery and I was absent. LIE!!! I'm at home all day and following the screening. I already called the Sac explained what is happening and it did not solve.
The delivery period that they informed me at the time of purchase was 7 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos para comprar um ventilador, ficamos um tempao dentro da loj esperando atendimento e nada. Ficamos perto do caixa, a mulher que estava passando a compra de um outro rapaz, nem olhou na nossa cara. Quando saimos da loja, reparamos que havim mais 2 casais com "cara de paisagem" esperando atendimento também. Saimos de la sem ser atendidos.
We went to buy a fan, we stayed for a while inside the store waiting for service and nothing. We stayed close to the cashier, the woman who was buying another boy, didn't even look us in the face. When we left the store, we noticed that there were 2 more couples with a "landscape face" waiting for service as well. We left it unattended.
