★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi satisfatória! Atendimento cordial. Não julgam pela vestimenta ( apesar de ter um passado assim). Acredito que enxergam o cliente independente do que veste, até porque o poder aquisitivo não está em nossas roupas mas sim no que possuímos em nossas carteiras/bolsas.
Existe produtos de fato com grandes utilidades e qualidades.
 It was satisfactory! Cordial service. They don't judge by dress (despite having a past like that). I believe that they see the customer regardless of what he wears, because the purchasing power is not in our clothes but in what we have in our wallets/purses.
There are in fact products with great uses and qualities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da operadora de caixa. Só não desisti da compra porque queria o produto e não tinha tempo de ir ao Shopping Recife. Deselegante, mal-educada, aproveitou a loja vazia pra resolver problemas pessoais ao telefone (nítido - não que seja problema), enquanto não houver cliente que precise de atenção. O comportamento mudou quando questionei onde se avaliava o atendimento (péssimo isso). Não volto a comprar nesta unidade, precisam treinar melhor os funcionários. Cliente deve ser bem atendido pra loja ter bons feedbacks.
Bad service from the cashier. I just didn't give up on the purchase because I wanted the product and didn't have time to go to Shopping Recife. Inelegant, rude, took advantage of the empty store to solve personal problems on the phone (clear - not a problem), as long as no customer needs attention. The behavior changed when I asked where the service was evaluated (very bad). I do not buy again in this unit, need to better train employees. Customer must be well attended to the store to have good feedbacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na loja não tenho o que falar. Agora.no site... péssimo. Efetuei uma compra dia 24/06/20 e até agora está.analise de crédito. Já chegou na fatura do cartão pra pagar e nada de resposta sobre meu pedido. Os números informados não respondem pelo ZAP, nem por ligações. Entrei em contato com a loja que escolhi pra retirar o produto e mandaram eu ir lá. Ora pois, em.plena PANDEMIA, eu ter que me deslocar pra saber uma simples informações ? só comprei no site pq o produto está com cem reais de diferença, mas confesso que me arrependi. Primeira e última! Só digo uma coisa: não vou perder o valor que paguei, dessa vez eu causo uma PANDEMIA na loja?

It has already arrived on the card bill to pay and no answer about my order. The numbers reported do not answer for ZAP, nor for calls. I contacted the store I chose to pick up the product and they told me to go there. Well, in full PANDEMIA, I have to go to get a simple information ? I only bought it on the website because the product is a hundred dollars apart, but I confess I regretted it. First and last! I only say one thing: I will not lose the amount I paid, this time I cause a PANDEMIC in the store?
