★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, eu fiquei de pé uma hora no portão aguardando depois da fala deles que estava vindo, 3 horas de demora do pedido sendo que era no máximo 60 min, eles não cumprem com oque falam, ainda tem uma fala e resolução de problema horrível, eu não entendo como que o dono de uma unidade que tem um produto bom, não resolve uma questão dessas.. um negócio desses só vai de mal a pior... Fica minha indignação aqui registrada. segue nas fotos as conversas por mensagem com o comércio .
Terrible service, I was standing at the gate for an hour waiting after they said that they were coming, 3 hours of delay in the order, which was a maximum of 60 minutes, they do not comply with what they say, there is still a horrible speech and problem solving , I don't understand how the owner of a unit that has a good product, doesn't solve an issue like that.. a business like that only goes from bad to worse... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido no dia 04/03/2022, que entregaram com atraso e me mandaram os molhos errados,e a maquininha utilizada pela empresa não estava funcionando, perguntaram se podiam realizar a cobrança depois, hoje dia 10/03/2022, querem me cobrar 15 reais para realizar a cobrança, isso porque não moro no endereço que realizei o pedido, então não aceitei pagar os 15 reais de taxa, atendente me chamou de caloteira em outras palavras “se vc não gosta de pagar as pessoas ok”, “olha não estou afim de ficar aqui falando que vc deve ok” e por último “vc é uma ótima pagadora” . E mais ainda me ameaçaram quando informei que iria realizar reclamações em todos os lugares “ok temos a sua conversa aqui também, pode postar, e sua foto também, quem tenta prejudicar também será prejudicada, lembre-se disso” Péssimo atendimento, com a minha mãe teve uma situação diferente, na mesma semana viu! Ela fez um pedido com coca cola, e esqueceram de mandar, falaram assim pra ela “naquele barzinho ali não vende” (barzinho que tem na rua dela)!
Gostaria de saber quem irá a porta da minha casa me "prejudicar"? Pois fui ameaçada, e preciso de uma posição para não ser necessário acionar a justiça para eu me sentir segura!
I placed the order on 03/04/2022, they delivered late and sent me the wrong sauces, and the machine used by the company was not working, they asked if they could charge later, today 03/10/2022, do they want me charge 15 reais to charge, that's because I don't live at the address I made the order, so I didn't accept to pay the 15 reais fee, attendant called me a deadbeat in other words "if you don't like to pay people ok", " look, I'm not in the mood to stay here saying that you should be ok” and finally “you are a great payer”. And even more, they threatened me when I informed that I would file complaints everywhere “ok, we have your conversation here too, you can post it, and your photo too, whoever tries to harm will also be harmed, remember that” Terrible service, with my mother had a different situation, in the same week she saw it! She made an order with coca cola, and they forgot to send it, they told her “that little bar over there doesn't sell it” (a little bar on her street)!
I would like to know who will "harm" me at the door of my house? Because I was threatened, and I need a position so I don't have to go to court for me to feel safe!
