Duas horas de atraso. Espero que a "patroa", dona do negócio, veja a mensagem porque todas as vezes informa que irá passar para a dona e sempre tem um probleminha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos sou cliente da Pollo porque as pizzas tem muita cobertura e os produtos utilizados são de primeira linha. Já tive alguns problemas, que foram contornados, mas aviso aqui para não se enganarem com a pizza de camarão de lá.
Pedi uma vez e não veio quase nada de camarão, então reclamei e troquei por outro sabor. Ontem resolvi pedir de novo e a atendente garantiu que dessa vez teria uma quantidade razoável de camarão, já que o preço desse sabor é elevado. Quando recebi a pizza, verifiquei que nada havia mudado. Nem liguei pra reclamar, pois cheguei à conclusão de que não existe CAMARÃO na receita de PIZZA DE CAMARÃO da Pollo.
I've been a Pollo customer for years because the pizzas have a lot of toppings and the products used are top-notch. I've had some problems, which have been worked around, but I warn you here not to make a mistake with the shrimp pizza there.
I asked once and there was almost no shrimp, so I complained and switched to another flavor. Yesterday I decided to order it again and the attendant assured me that this time I would have a reasonable amount of shrimp, since the price of this flavor is high. When I received the pizza, I found that nothing had changed. I didn't even call to complain, because I came to the conclusion that there is no SHRIMP in Pollo's SHRIMP PIZZA recipe.
