Paguei matrícula e mensalidade, e depois de um mês estudando todas a noites, meu curso foi cancelado sem prévia notificação e quiseram me jogar para um semi-presencial (bem mais caro). Preferi sair de lá, mesmo tendo o prejuízo de um mês de estudos. Desde 08 de Setembro estou tentando o reembolso do que paguei mas não devolvem. Já fizeram dois agendamentos e até o presente momento nada. E agora eles mandam mensagem dizendo que não fizeram a devolução e que eu tenho que aguardar mais 11 dias úteis. Não confio mais!!!
I enrolled in an EAD course that was being offered by this college. I paid tuition and tuition, and after a month of studying every night, my course was canceled without prior notification and they wanted to play me for a semi-attendance (much more expensive). I preferred to leave there, even with the loss of a month of studies. Since September 8th I'm trying to refund what I paid but they don't refund. They have already made two appointments and so far nothing. And now they send a message saying that they didn't return it and that I have to wait another 11 working days. I don't trust anymore!!!
