Comprei uma Jaqueta no valor de R$220 reais sem nenhum desconto, voltei para troca porque estava com defeito verifiquei que todas tinham defeitos ficaram de me ligar para a troca, depois de 1 semana liguei e fui informada que o lote inteiro estava com defeitos diferentes conclusão não trocaram e não querem fazer meu estorno.
Bad experience !! I bought a Jacket worth R $ 220 reais without any discount, I went back to exchange because it was defective I checked that all had defects were left to call me for the exchange, after 1 week I called and I was informed that the whole lot was with different defects conclusion they didn’t change and don’t want to make my chargeback.
