Visitei a fábrica, linha de produção e os produtos acabados. Quando você vê funcionários e percebe que estão felizes com o que fazem e com o lugar onde trabalham, por si só, já é sinal de que é uma empresa diferenciada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo produto 20 dias que comprei um freezer balcão , ele parou do nada , não consigo resolver com ninguém , e ninguém entra contato , o responsável da loja onde comprei teve coragem de me dizer pra chamar um técnico por minha conta , perdi todos os produtos que estavam dentro do freezer !
Péssimo atendimento ! Não atendem e não estão nem aí com consumidor !
Terrible product 20 days I bought a counter freezer , it stopped out of nowhere , I can not solve it with anyone , and no one gets in touch , the person in charge of the store where I bought it had the courage to tell me to call a technician on my account , I lost all the products that They were in the freezer!
Terrible attendance ! They don't answer and they don't care about consumers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Comprei uma vitrine de 1 metro, a qual um funcionário quebrou acidentalmente um vidro duplo reto frontal de 94×72cm. O vidro custou incríveis R$900,00 + frete + instalação.
Somente para terem ideia do absurdo que é esse valor, troquei há 3 semanas um vidro de um balcão de Açougue de aproximadamente o mesmo tamanho, porém, um vidro CURVO (o que seria muito mais caro) por R$ 600,00 INSTALADO!

Bad experience. I bought a 1 meter display case, in which an employee accidentally broke a 94×72cm straight double pane of glass. The glass cost an incredible R$900.00 + shipping + installation.
Just to give you an idea of the absurdity of this value, 3 weeks ago I changed a glass from a Butcher counter of approximately the same size, however, a CURVED glass (which would be much more expensive) for R$ 600.00 INSTALLED!
NEVER BUY POLOFRIO AGAIN
