★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido para empresa no dia 6/3/2019. Dia 11/3/2019 a vendedora me informou uma conta para depósito e fiz um deposito R$345,50 na conta que a vendedora me informou.
Dia 20/3/19 (2 semanas para entregar) o pedido foi entregue com o produto ZMA faltando e pra minha surpresa, a nota fiscal consta que fiz uma compra de R$102,50 (três vezes menos), além de ter um produto faltando.
Entrei em contato no mesmo dia da entrega, 20/3 com a atendente que me vendeu os produtos e posteriormente no dia 14/4 tentei contato com a empresa novamente através de e - mail e do reclame aqui e hoje, 25/4/19, quase 2 meses após a compra, ainda não devolveram meu dinheiro do produto que paguei e não me enviaram. Já não tenho confiança nenhuma para confiar e fazer uso dos produtos da empresa e gostaria de ter o dinheiro do produto que paguei e não levei de volta.
Já percebi que se eu quiser resolver o problema terei que ir até o PROCON ou juizado de pequenas causas da minha cidade.
Além deste problema, a empresa ainda coloca nome em produtos de maneira que possa induzir o consumidor leigo ao erro. O produto que a empresa vende como HMB, que é a sigla de hidroximetilbutirato (um produto para melhora de desempenho esportivo), na verdade não é HMB DE VERDADE, mas sim uma mistura de produtos diferentes de HMB, como cálcio, fósforo, etc, o que pode induzir o consumidor leigo ao engano e fazer o consumidor comprar um produto achando que é outro.
Eu poderia fingir que não vi nada, mas a postura de vocês e da atendente é tão absurda, é tanto descaso, que não dá pra fingir de bobo não.
Já entrei em contato com a atendente Anádia no mínimo 3 vezes e não adiantou.
I placed an order for company on 3/3/2019. On 11/3/2019 the seller informed me a deposit account and made a deposit of R $ 345.50 in the account that the seller informed me.

In addition to this problem, the company still puts name in products in a way that can lead the lay consumer to error. The product that the company sells as HMB, which stands for hydroxymethyl butyrate (a product for improving sports performance), is actually not HMB TRUE, but rather a mixture of different HMB products such as calcium, phosphorus, which can induce the lay consumer to deceive and make the consumer buy a product thinking it is another.
I could pretend I did not see anything, but the position of you and the attendant is so absurd, it is so much neglect, that you can not pretend to be a fool.
I already contacted the attendant Anadia at least 3 times and did not help.
