Tenho uma reclamação muito pertinente para fazer, principalmente neste momento de pandemia.
Fui hoje a uma loja Polyèlle no Rio Anil shopping da cidade de São Luís e NÃO recebi nenhum atendimento. Detalhe, estava bem vestida de calça semisocial, blusa de alfaiataria, sapatilha fechada e ao lado do meu esposo também muito bem vestido de camisa pólo, calça jeans e sapato. Tinham 4 vendedores e um gerente na loja, 1 vendedor em atendimento com uma pessoa e todos os outros parados sem nem sequer olhar para nós, sendo que passei por eles várias vezes. Percebi a gravidade da situação quando outro senhor entrou na loja buscando atendimento e também NÃO foi atendido. Ou seja, foi simplesmente pura preguiça, falta de profissionalismo e desinteresse por parte dos colaboradores de realizar um atendimento mínimo levando em consideração que a loja estava vazia.

I have a very pertinent complaint to make, especially at this time of the pandemic.
Today I went to a Polyèlle store in Rio Anil shopping in the city of São Luís and I did NOT receive any assistance. Detail, I was well dressed in semisocial pants, tailoring blouse, closed sneaker and beside my husband also very well dressed in a polo shirt, jeans and shoes. They had 4 salespeople and a manager in the store, 1 salesman in attendance with one person and everyone else standing without even looking at us, and I passed them several times. I realized the seriousness of the situation when another gentleman entered the store seeking assistance and was also NOT answered. In other words, it was simply pure laziness, lack of professionalism and lack of interest on the part of the employees to perform a minimum service taking into account that the store was empty.
