★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência neste lugar foi excelente, haja vista o bom e pronto atendimento, com apresentação de orçamento e entrega nos prazos marcados. Cobra preço razoável e presta excelente serviço. Há estacionamento veicular nas ruas que circundam a empresa, mas não há acesso, à loja, para cadeirantes. O atendimento é feito exclusivamente no balcão de atendimento. Pelo não acesso de cadeirante está a razão da nota não máxima.
My experience in this place was excellent, considering the good and prompt service, with presentation of budget and delivery on time. It charges reasonable price and provides excellent service. There is vehicular parking on the streets surrounding the company, but there is no access to the store for wheelchair users. Service is done exclusively at the service counter. For the non-wheelchair access is the reason for the non-maximum score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha televisão lá e disseram que iam me dar um retorno e falando se tinha como consertar ou não, pois bem, a televisão ficou lá meses, eu confiei neles e fiquei 7 meses esperando uma resposta.
Liguei pra lá algumas vezes e não me atenderam.
Hoje me atenderam e disseram que pelo defeito não valia a pena consertar e que a TV estava no estoque.
Muito pouco caso com o cliente, melhorem.
I left my television there and they said they were going to give me feedback and telling me if there was a way to fix it or not, well, the television was there for months, I trusted them and I spent 7 months waiting for an answer.
I called there a few times and they didn't answer.
Today they attended me and said that because of the defect it was not worth fixing and that the TV was in stock.
Very little case with the customer, get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi trocado (ou reparado) o barramento de Leds da minha TV. Voltou com o mesmo problema. Reclamei e voltou da mesma forma. Reclamei novamente e o técnico disse que só eu estava vendo o defeito. Não recomendo!
The LED bus on my TV was replaced (or repaired). Came back with the same problem. I complained and it came back the same way. I complained again and the technician said that I was the only one seeing the defect. I do not recommend!
