★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, comprei um calçado e com uma semana de uso a sola já estava descolando, levei para solicitar a troca, entretanto, não tinha outra peça no estoque, assim sendo, pedi cancelamento da compra, mas a vendedora se negou, alegando que a loja não devolve dinheiro e que o procedimento adotado é o envio a fábrica para análise. Assim foi feito, enviaram o calçado que retornou com a cola reforçada, com menos de 1 mês o calçado já estava descolando novamente. Estou eu novamente aguardando o retorno da fábrica, sendo que a solução apresentada uma vez já não foi satisfatória. Não recomendo o lugar!
Horrible, I bought a shoe and with a week of use the sole was already taking off, I took it to request the exchange, however, there was no other part in stock, so I asked for cancellation of the purchase, but the seller refused, claiming that the store does not return money and that the procedure adopted is to send it to the factory for analysis. So it was done, they sent the shoes that returned with the reinforced glue, with less than 1 month the shoes were already taking off again. I am waiting for the return of the factory again, and the solution presented once was no longer satisfactory. I don't recommend the place!
