É um dos pontos turísticos da cidade e você atravessa o rio Coreaú, que tem muitos atrativos. Da ponte você pode ver o pier, que fica iluminado a noite e é belíssimo. A prefeitura fez um bom trabalho de reforma, adequação do entorno da ponte para ficar um lugar fantástico para os moradores. Tem quiosques, uma areninha de futebol e um calçadão para quem pratica uma corrida. Vale a pena conferir.
