Também dá acesso ao Balneário do Pedral e outros bairros. A ponte foi toda reformada, está toda sinalizada e iluminada, tem passagem para pedestres e contém duas vias para os veículos transitarem livremente, diminuindo com isso os riscos de acidente.
 The Bridge over the Rio Panelas is very important for the city of Altamira, as it is the only land access to the city's Airport. It also gives access to Balneário do Pedral and other neighborhoods. The bridge was completely renovated, is all signposted and illuminated, has a pedestrian crossing and contains two lanes for vehicles to move freely, thus reducing the risk of accidents.
