★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito triste pois escolhi a ponto 1 celulares pelo diferencial anunciado mais infelizmente no aconteceu, aguardando mais a atendente só me informar que está localizando o motoboy a mais de 30 hrs de um dia para o outro muito decepcionado com a empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EMPRESA. Levei o celular pra trocar a frontal, pedi pra instalar uma frontal Incel, o atendente tentou me convencer a instalar uma frontal original, dava desconto e tudo se eu optasse pela original, mas optei pela Incel mesmo, até aí tudo bem. Voltei 2 horas depois pra pegar o celular e ele me disse que não dava pra instalar a frontal por causa de incompatibilidade do sistemas, disse ele que a frontal Incel que ele tinha era incompatível com o android do celular e pro touch funcionar teria que atualizar o sistema e fazendo isso apagaria todos os arquivos do celular, ele disse tmb que isso não aconteceria se fosse pra instalar uma frontal original. Então falei pra ele instalar uma frontal original e ele disse que infelizmente não tinha, aí comecei achar estranho, pq antes ele passou uns 20 min tentando me convencer a comprar uma original e agora não tem e nem ligou pro fornecedor pra ver se tinha lá. Ele simplesmente estava querendo me despachar, mas até aí não tem nenhum problema. Sai de la e fui em outra loja próxima e contei o que havia acontecido na PONTO 1, o rapaz que me atendeu nessa loja achou estranho e disse que geralmente quando uma assistência depois de abrir o celular de alguém inventa um monte de desculpas pra não atender mais esse cliente é pq provavelmente eles quebraram alguma coisa dentro celular quando foram mexer. Então pedi pra ele abri o celular e ver se não tinha nada quebrado dentro, foi dito e feito, o cabo flash da câmera frontal estava QUEBRADO. Voltei na PONTO 1 com o celular ainda aberto e mostrei pro mesmo cara que me atendeu, ele disse que não foram eles que quebraram e teve a CARA DE PAU de dizer que poderia ter quebrado da queda que trincou a tela, sendo que o celular caiu de uma cadeira de 50cm de altura e mesmo depois da queda as câmeras estavam funcionando perfeitamente. RESUMINDO: Levei o celular na PONTO 1 pra trocar a frontal, não trocaram e ainda quebraram a câmera do celular e não tiveram a decência de assumir o erro e nem de arcar com o prejuízo. Que tipo de adjetivos merece uma empresa que faz isso com um cliente?
LAST COMPANY. He was simply trying to dispatch me, but so far there is no problem. I left it and went to another store nearby and told what had happened at POINT 1, the guy who answered me at that store thought it was strange and said that usually when an assistance after opening someone's cell phone makes up a lot of excuses for not answering but this client is probably because they broke something inside their cell phone when they started messing with it. So I asked him to open his cell phone and see if there was anything broken inside, it was said and done, the front camera flash cable was BROKEN. I went back to POINT 1 with my cell phone still open and showed it to the same guy who answered me, he said it wasn't them who broke it and had the FACE OF DICK to say it could have broken from the fall that cracked the screen, and the phone fell of a 50cm high chair and even after the fall the cameras were working perfectly. SUMMARY: I took the cell phone at POINT 1 to change the front one, they didn't change it and they still broke the camera of the cell phone and they didn't have the decency to assume the error and not even bear the loss. What adjectives does a company that does this with a customer deserve?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico fez o maior blá-blá-blá dizendo que o preço da placa que colocaria no meu smartphone era tanto porque era original, que dos outros era mais barato mas era segunda linha, aí mandei fazer o serviço quando chego em casa que fui usar percebi que não tava normal, voltei lá, deu uma desculpa que era outra coisa e não resolveu o problema... aí fui pesquisar e o resultado dizia que o problema era porque trocava a peça original por uma paralela... demontei o celular e comparei a minha peça com problema com a que ele colocou e vi claramente que a dele não era original nem aqui e nem na China. Pra mim além de mentiroso é caloteiro.

I took the phone apart and I compared my problem piece with the one he placed and I saw clearly that his was not original either here or in China. For me, besides being a liar, he's a deadbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei um local onde se trocava a tela danificada aqui em Parauapebas, uma das primeiras a ser mostrada foi a Ponto1.
Fiz o orçamento pelo whatsapp, no valor de 600 reais somente a troca do produto. Ao ver que estava acima do meu esperado, pesquisei outras e obtive menor valor. Presencialmente caiu 70% do valor. Por que isso? Meu numero de outro estado, outro ddd,.
Entao, se vocé estiver de passagem por aqui, primeiro, vá presencialmente, segundo, nao indico esta loja pela minha experiência.
