★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tínhamos um problema no prédio com o interfone e o instalador anterior incompetente, não se dispôs a resolvê-lo, mesmo no tempo da garantia. Procuramos algumas empresas após, e por incrível que pareça algumas se negaram a fazer essa manutenção. Duas delas até cobravam a taxa de visita técnica e até descontariam tal valor no orçamento final caso o serviço fosse adquirido. Após insistente procura, nos deparamos com a Ponto Alvo. O rapaz que faz manutenção e instalação, Rafael, veio já no final do ano passado 2020, fez a manutenção, esclareceu dúvidas, explicou os novos comandos e ainda deu um tempo a mais de garantia. Como são 12 apartamentos, havia um retardatário, pois sua dona tinha viajado ao Rio e não deixou a chave nem nada no dia. O Rafael se comprometeu a voltar para ajustar a fiação desse aparelho (que fica dentro do ap e não funcionava) logo após essa moradora voltar de sua viagem. No dia 01 de Fevereiro 2021 ele veio e fez o reparo no apartamento que faltava.
Além de ser uma pessoa tranquila ao trabalhar. Não é agitado e cansativo. Faz os orçamentos sem cobrar taxa de visita técnica.
 We had a problem in the building with the intercom and the previous incompetent installer, was not willing to solve it, even during the warranty period. We looked for some companies after, and oddly enough, some refused to do this maintenance. Two of them even charged the technical visit fee and would even discount that amount in the final budget if the service was purchased. After an insistent search, we came across Ponto Alvo. The guy who does maintenance and installation, Rafael, came at the end of last year 2020, did the maintenance, clarified doubts, explained the new controls and even gave me more time to guarantee. As there are 12 apartments, there was a latecomer, because his owner had traveled to Rio and did not leave the key or anything that day. Rafael promised to return to adjust the wiring of this device (which is inside the apartment and did not work) soon after this resident returned from his trip. On February 1, 2021 he came and repaired the missing apartment.
In addition to being a quiet person when working. It is not hectic and tiring. Makes budgets without charging a technical visit fee.
