Meu aparelho Motorola Moto G 3° Geração tinha caído na Piscina de minha casa e estava apagado completamente...Levei nesta assistência, fui atendido de forma excelente pelo pessoal do atendimento...Meu telefone ficou novo novamente, me foi cobrado um preço justo e ainda me foi concedida a garantia!!! Recomendo! Muito obrigado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, troquei a bateria, com 10 dias começou a desligar sozinho o aparelho, colocaram outra, em mais 1 dias o aparelho desligou e não ligava mais, voltando na loja, verificaram o cabo solto, novamente em uso, depois de 15 dias novamente começou a desligar sozinho. Atendimento ruim e sempre colocaram a culpa no aparelho, mesmo testando e verificando que não era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não Índico esse estabelecimento pra ninguém, passei situações bem desagradáveis devido a falta de responsabilidade deles com o cliente. Levei um celular para trocar a tela, paguei caro por ela, o serviço foi muito demorado e quando finalmente eu peguei o celular, no outro dia já tive que retornar porque a tela tava se abrindo toda. Demorou mais uma vez para entregar, e nisso eu em cima procurando saber do celular e tal, eles falam que avisam quando tá pronto, mas a verdade é que se vc não ficar em cima, eles não estão nem aí pra vc. Tive ainda outros problemas com o celular que precisou que eu retornasse pra eles, ja que foram eles que abriram eles tinham que me devolver funcionando. Enfim, passou muito tempo pra eles me devolverem o celular, peguei ele esses dias tá funcionando as coisas, porem voltou a se abrir todo. Eu não volto mais lá e espero que vcs que estão procurando fazer serviço com eles reflitão bem antes. Bem queria ter pensando e visto a avaliação desse estabelecimento antes pq ai não tetia perdido meu dinheiro e me desgastando com tamanha irresponsabilidade.
I don't recommend this establishment to anyone, I went through very unpleasant situations due to their lack of responsibility to the customer. I took a cell phone to change the screen, I paid dearly for it, the service was very time consuming and when I finally got the cell phone, the other day I already had to return because the screen was opening all over. It took one more time to deliver, and in that I up looking to know about the cell phone and such, they say that they tell you when it's ready, but the truth is that if you don't stay on top, they don't care about you. I had other problems with the cell phone that needed me to return to them, since they were the ones who opened it, they had to return it to me working. Anyway, it took a long time for them to return my cell phone, I took it these days things are working, but it opened up again. I don't go back there anymore and I hope you guys who are looking to do service with them reflect well before. Well I wish I had thought and seen the evaluation of this establishment before, because I didn’t lose my money and wearing myself out with such irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demorou muito pra dar retorno no orçamento, quando passou orçamento dei o ok imediato para arrumar, não deu duas horas o celular voltou a dar o mesmo problema, e disse q ficaria mais caro pra tentar resolver e não quis devolver o dinheiro.
