Eu não queria dar nenhuma estrela!!!!
Comprei um chuveiro, instalei em casa e queimou!!
Fui fazer a troca, eles nao aceitaram, disseram que foi mal instalado!!! Sendo que nao tinha nada mal instalado. Paguei caro no chuveiro! Não deram garantia, pedi pelo menos uma resistência pra nao perder o cliente, e com muito desaforo me disseram: Que nao trocaria e nem daria uma resistência que se eu quisesse comprar em outro lugar que eu podia.. era problema meu. Achei um descaso!!! Eu trabalho com cliente!!! E sempre tentamos achar uma solução pra nao perder o cliente. Até porquê, podia ser um problema de fabricação do chuveiro. Mas me trataram com descaso!! Tive que comprar em outro lugar!! Perdeu uma cliente e vários outros, porque se depender de mim nao indico pra ninguém!! Lugarzinho probre de atendimento!!!

I found a disregard !!! I work with client !!! And we always try to find a solution so as not to lose the customer. Even because, it could be a problem of manufacture of the shower. But they treated me with disregard !! I had to buy somewhere else !! He lost a client and several others, because if it depends on me, I won't tell anyone !! Poor little place of service !!!
