O valor cobrado deve ser o preço médio, portanto, a divisão proporcional do valor das duas metades. Ou seja, os dois valores devem ser somados e divididos. De acordo com o assessor de gabinete da Fundação Municipal de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor de Uberaba (Procon), Claudir Rodrigues não cabe justificativa contrária.
