Funcionários muito mal educados.
Me falaram por telefone que era 30 reais para almoçar a vontade lá, no dia que fui tinha feijoada. Porém quando cheguei lá, a feijoada era por fora, os 30 era pra comer apenas o que tinha na mesa.
Funcionária me tratou super mal quando questionei. Tive que levantar pra buscar uma bebida e deixar o prato na mesa ( com moscas pousando). Pois nem se quer perguntam se quer algo para beber, perguntei a funcionária e ela disse q tinha no freezer, pra levantar e pegar.
Não queria por nem uma estrela, porém n tem essa opção.
Terrible service.
Very rude staff.
They told me by phone that it was 30 reais to have lunch there, the day I went there was feijoada. But when I got there, the feijoada was on the outside, the 30 was just to eat what was on the table.
Employee treated me super bad when I questioned. I had to get up to get a drink and leave the plate on the table (with flies landing). Because they don't even ask if you want something to drink, I asked the employee and she said it was in the freezer, to get up and get.
I didn't even want a star, but I don't have that option.

Resposta: A falta de capacidade de atender, corresponde ao tempo de espera ou apenas um canal para solicitação. Tenha isso como feedback positivo. São essas observações que fazem as empresas melhorar sua produtividade e crescimento. A comida é excelente.
Good food, service needs to improve a lot. It has no ability to meet demand over the phone.
Answer: The lack of ability to answer, corresponds to the waiting time or only one channel for the request. Take this as positive feedback. It is these observations that make companies improve their productivity and growth. The food is excellent.

Porém na minha opinião como cliente do restaurante
Deveria ter uma variação no cardápio que é sempre o mesmo (linguiça,fraldinha, frango assado pernil suíno)
Compreendo que o preço dos alimentos estão altíssimos porém variar exemplo: se tem frango assado hoje no outro dia faz frango frito) trazer coisas diferentes e formas de preparo para o cardápio
Muitas vezes deixo de pedir marmita porque já comi a mesma coisa várias vezes nos dias anteriores
Very good quality food and the lunch box is always hot.
But in my opinion as a customer of the restaurant
There should be a variation on the menu that is always the same (sausage, flank steak, roast chicken, pork shank)
I understand that the price of food is very high, but it varies (example: if you have roast chicken today, the next day you make fried chicken) bring different things and ways of preparation for the menu
I often don't order a lunch box because I've eaten the same thing several times in the previous days.
