★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, esperamos por mais de uma hora por um pedido, enquanto pessoas que viamos fazendo o pedido naquele momento recebiam com 20 minutos (prazo padrão deles). Ao ser questionados de pedidos sendo passados na frente informaram que aquelas pessoas haviam pedido com antecedência, quando claramente vimos o pedido sendo feito na hora. Vimos muitas outras pessoas esperando, clara falta de organização e profissionalismo.
Bad service, we waited for more than an hour for an order, while people we saw placing the order at that time received it within 20 minutes (their standard deadline). When asked about orders being passed on, they informed that those people had ordered in advance, when we clearly saw the order being placed on time. We saw a lot of other people waiting, a clear lack of organization and professionalism.

Meu pedido depois de duas horas veio chegar frio não aceitei essa entrega, fui até o local e voltei sem o meu pedido e sem o meu reembolso. Não merecem nem meia estrela. Lanche pode ser até bom mais com esse atendimento e essa falta de respeito com o consumidor não presta!! Não recomendo esse local eles não tem respeito com a lei com o código de defesa do consumidor.
Bad service, they don't even know where the order is, they are disorganized. My order after two hours arrived cold I did not accept this delivery, I went to the place and came back without my order and without my refund. They don't even deserve half a star. Snacks can be even better with this service and this lack of respect for the consumer is no good!! I do not recommend this place they have no respect for the law with the consumer protection code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Oferecem até bons lanches, mas o atendimento é tão horroroso que não vale a pena comer no local. O atendimento virtual também é PODRE. Por mais que a parte automática do pedido seja boa, você não tem nenhuma opção de falar com a equipe caso o pedido dê algum problema. Estou nesse momento com o pedido pendente e tem 2 HORAS que estou aguardando e tentando falar com eles mas sem sucesso, pois o número de telefone informado é INÚTIL.
Nunca mais peço nada desse estabelecimento. LIXO!
Terrible attendance. They even offer good snacks, but the service is so horrible that it's not worth eating there. Virtual service is also ROTTEN. As good as the automatic part of the order is, you don't have any option to speak to the team if the order goes wrong. I'm currently with the order pending and I've been waiting for 2 HOURS and trying to get in touch with them but without success, because the phone number informed is USELESS.
I will never order anything from this establishment again. TRASH!
