★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é uma bagunça, pedidos demorando mais de 1 hora para viagem, clientes reclamando no balcão cá todo momento, apesar de amplo espaço o local estava vazio, não recomendo fazer o pedido no momento para retirada, talvez se telefonar antes pode ter mais sorte. Não comprarei mais neste local!
 The place is a mess, orders taking more than 1 hour to travel, customers complaining at the counter here all the time, despite the large space the place was empty, I don't recommend placing the order at the time for pickup, maybe if you call before you can have more luck . I will no longer buy from this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,fiz o pedido disseram que demoraria 40minutos e esperei 3 horas ainda me atenderam mal quando liguei pra saber,alem de demorar veio fria a esfiha dura queimada e grudada no papelão da embalagem.
Terrible service, I placed the order, they said it would take 40 minutes and I waited 3 hours, they even attended me badly when I called to find out, in addition to taking a long time, the hard sfiha was cold, burned and stuck to the cardboard packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!!! Disseram que ia demorar em torno de 40/50 minutos .... Esperei mais de duas horas para ser entregue. Sem contar o atendimento telefônico. Tudo horrível!
Terrible attendance!!!! They said it would take around 40/50 minutes.... I waited over two hours for it to be delivered. Not counting the telephone service. Everything horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uns salgados no locol, salgados que tiveram uma grande queda de qualidade desde o ano passado, e veio uma coxinha toda engordurada e fria. Mas até aí tudo bem. Porém, quando dei a primeira mordida, reparei que a mesma estava azeda, estragada. Voltei ao local pra trocar o produto mas o vendedor, a mando do dono recusou a troca alegando que "a coxinha foi feita hoje mesmo, portanto, não esta estragada". Não recomendo, desde que mudou de direção a esfiharia virou um buraco largado.
I bought some snacks in the locol, snacks that had a big drop in quality since last year, and a coxinha came, all greasy and cold. But so far so good. However, when I took the first bite, I noticed that it was sour, spoiled. I went back to the place to exchange the product but the seller, at the behest of the owner, refused the exchange claiming that "the coxinha was made today, so it is not spoiled". I don't recommend it, since it changed direction the sfiharia turned into a dropped hole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha compra pelo Ifood, demorou mais de uma hora para chegar o pedido veio totalmente errado ao ligar no estabelecimento a atendente desligou o telefone na minha cara...
