★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A um tempo atrás, comecei comprar lá direto esfiha de carne que amooo, mas no último pedido fiquei totalmente decepcionada. Cheguei em casa, abri e percebi que tinha temperos fora do "normal", tinha muito quientro, cebola... A carne estava passada ou estragada pois estava escura, uma cor bem escura mesmo e sem cheiro. Estava bem nítido que colocaram o quientro, pois você lavando a carne passada ou estragada no limão e temperar logo em seguida, as pessoas não percebem pois o cheiro ruim desaparece.
Mandei mensagem no WhatsApp de imediato e a atendente disse que iria avisar o pessoal da cozinha sobre a carne. Até parece né que eles não sabem, já fizeram propositalmente na intenção de vender e não no mal que poderia fazer.
Isso foi no vila Sônia!!

The meat was overcooked or spoiled because it was dark, a very dark color and without smell. It was very clear that they put the quientro, because you wash the meat passed or spoiled in lemon and season it right away, people don't notice because the bad smell disappears.
I sent a WhatsApp message right away and the attendant said she would let the kitchen staff know about the meat. It seems like they don't know, they've done it on purpose with the intention of selling and not the harm it could do.
That was in Vila Sônia!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes totalmente despreparadas, o lanche demorou bastante tempo para chegar e quando chegou trouxeram o lanche errado, ao mudarem o pedido apenas usaram o mesmo lanche em vez de corrigir o pedido! Deduziram que íamos tomar a coca com a mão, pois não trouxeram os copos, ficaram rindo no canto ignorando o pedido dos copos, meu esposo teve que ir pedi no balcão, inaceitável!.
