I do not recommend only rage when I asked for açaí it took more than an hour they make little case with a customer they don’t buy I couldn’t recommend it 0000 total dissatisfaction ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa "empresa" a ninguém atrasaram meio pedido em 1:30hr , ignoram minhas mensagens e ligações e só me responderam quando eu falei que estava indo lá e me falaram ainda que eu teria que aguardar mais 30 e pagar o valor normal.
Entregar um serviço ao cliente não é somente o produto, desde o atendimento inicial já conta.
A irresponsabilidade,falta de organização, falta de satisfação, mostram o quanto não estão prontos para estarem no mercado.
Péssimo, frustante e experiência horrivelmente desagradável.
I do not recommend this "company" to anyone, they delayed half an order at 1: 30hrs, ignore my messages and calls and only answered me when I said I was going there and told me that I would have to wait another 30 and pay the normal amount.
Delivering a customer service is not just the product, since the initial service already counts.
Irresponsibility, lack of organization, lack of satisfaction, show how much they are not ready to be in the market.
Terrible, frustrating and horribly unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém, entregam com atraso absurdo, não tem respeito com o cliente, não respondem, a única coisa que falam é que a demanda está grande, e entregam o pedido com 2 horas de atraso após o prazo máximo estimado, além de entregar faltando ingredientes e o açaí veio igual um SUCO de tão derretido.
Enfim! Péssimo!
I do not recommend it to anyone, they deliver with absurd delay, they have no respect for the customer, they do not respond, the only thing they say is that the demand is high, and they deliver the order 2 hours late after the estimated maximum period, in addition to delivering lacking ingredients and the açaí came like a JUICE so melted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que eu já vi na vida! Pedi pelo Ifood depois de 1 hora de atraso liguei pra saber o que houve, a atendente nem perguntou meu nome pra saber qual era o meu pedido e ainda desligou na minha cara! Nunca mais compro, não recomendo e se me perguntarem ainda falo mal!
Worst service I've ever seen in my life! I asked for Ifood after 1 hour late I called to find out what happened, the attendant didn't even ask my name to find out what my request was and even hung up on me! I never buy again, I do not recommend it and if you ask me, I still speak ill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, fiz um pedido pelo Ifood e ligaram falando que iriam cancelar mas que seria entregue normalmente e que precisaria pagar presencialmente, no entanto pedi um açaí com nove adicionais para que viessem separados mais 1000ml de açaí, recebemos um pote todo mexido com no máximo 400 ml de açaí e o restante só banana e granola.
Falta de respeito pois pagamos o preço do produto e não recebemos o que compramos, além dessa reclamação procuraremos o Ifood para informar da fraude que estão cometendo junto ao aplicativo.
Very bad service, I placed an order through Ifood and they called saying that they would cancel it but that it would be delivered normally and that I would need to pay in person, however I asked for an açaí with nine additional ones so that another 1000 ml of açaí came separately, we received a whole pot mixed with no maximum 400 ml of açaí and the rest just banana and granola.
Lack of respect because we paid the price of the product and did not receive what we bought, in addition to this complaint, we will seek Ifood to inform you of the fraud they are committing with the application.
