★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida extremamente fria além de uma demora desnecessária. Um pedido que simples de dez esfihas e um Xtudo levou mais de uma hora com a refeição completamente fria e sem gosto. Quando fui reclamar com a Senhora Rose, que se diz responsável, ainda não levou a sério minha reclamação, desdenhando da mesma. Pura e simples falta de respeito com o seu cliente.
Extremely cold food plus an unnecessary delay. A simple order of ten sfihas and an Xtudo took over an hour with the meal completely cold and tasteless. When I went to complain to Mrs. Rose, who says she is responsible, she still hasn't taken my complaint seriously, disdaining it. Pure and simple lack of respect for your client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi em toda a minha existência. Cheguei ao local com q minha esposa e fizemos pedidos para comer. Ao pedir a bebida, indaguei qual estava mais gelada, a atendente nova de casa, me sugeriu a Skol a mando de quem estava atrás do caixa. Ao chegar em nossa mesa a cerveja estava quente e não havia suco natural para acompanhar o meu pedido, itens esses que são os únicos que consumo. Pois bem, como a casa não oferecia o que eu bebo fui a adega próxima vc mprar duas latas geledas e pedi a ela que colocasse uma no freezer, haja visto não ter disponibiliza algo que eu beba. A dona ou gerente ( única que não estava de uniforme) surtou. Ela e outra mulher disse para que eu fosse ao ponto da esfiha que fica _"lá em cima" que não e da piccacco, não sei qual e pois não conhece muitas coisas em Perus, mas deu para ver o preconceito com quem mora próxima a está outra, portanto quem mora $,lá em cima_ não vá nunca na da fiorelle. Pois bem, cancelei meu pedido que estava quase pronto, paguei a coca da minha esposa e fomos embora. Nunca vi tanta baixaria e nem falta de classe e postura quanto das meninas ( com excessao) da menina nova,) quanto vi lá. Em lugar nenhum, e olha que já viajei para muitos lugares. Depois que mudou o dono ou a gerência, não sei, é o pior lugar que já fui. Prefiro ficar preso em uma enchente do que voltar lá. Não vão, não frequentem, deixe que mudem movente o comando para voltar. Vão na $de lá de cima" não sei se é perto, mas com certeza terão um melhor atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente mudou de dono ou da cozinha pois as esfihas estavam bem saborosas e sequinhas totalmente diferente das ultimas q pedi pois estavam pingando oleo.
Apparently it changed owner or kitchen because the esfihas were very tasty and dry, totally different from the last ones I ordered because they were dripping with oil.
