Os lanches são ótimos, sempre peço nesse estabelecimento, entrega rápida, atendimento bom..... Maaas, lamentávelmente aumentaram muito os preços do lanches e quase não tô pedindo com tanta frequência mais. Dei 5 estrelas, mas contrariado pelo valor dos lanches. ?? Obs: não estou desmerecendo, pois os LANCHES SÃO MUITO BEM PREPARADOS E SÃO ÓTIMOS, mas hambúrgueres que antes eram 21,00 hoje estão 29,00 30,00....
The snacks are great, I always ask at this establishment, fast delivery, good service ..... Unfortunately, the prices of snacks have unfortunately increased a lot and I'm not ordering so often anymore. I gave it 5 stars, but was upset by the value of the snacks. ?? Custei contato com a empresa e quando consegui fui extremamente mal tratada, avisaram que não aceitam voucher do ifood e ainda disse que eu deveria cancelar o pedido porque a loja que leva nota ruim. Sendo que os PRÓPRIOS chegam nesse tipo de situação. Não recomendo, e ainda torço pra que tudo dê errado porque tem muita gente seria que realmente quer fazer dinheiro.

Ouvi falar muito bem e decidi experimentar. Gostamos bastante, sanduíche muito bem montado, saboroso e com ingredientes de MUITA qualidade. O preço é alto, porém, lá você realmente encontra um sanduíche muito gostoso. Pra falar com eles no telefone, é difícil.... Então por isso, fui pessoalmente buscar o meu. Super recomendo pra galera de Santa luzia... E da próxima vez, irei experimentar o molho estilo "Mac Donalds" que eles tem.
I heard it very well and decided to give it a try. We really liked it, a very well-assembled sandwich, tasty and with HIGH quality ingredients. The price is high, however, there you can find a really tasty sandwich. To talk to them on the phone, it's difficult.... So that's why I personally went to get mine. I highly recommend it to everyone from Santa Luzia... And next time, I'll try their "Mac Donalds" style sauce.

Experiência PÉSSIMA. Não recomendo pra ninguém não pelo lanche mas pelo atendimento ao cliente que e horrível. Fizemos a compra e pagamos por pix... Enviamos o comprovante para o restaurante com todos os dados corretos, nome e CPF do proprietário correto e o mesmo insistiu que não efetuamos o pagamos pois não havia caído, como se quisessimos dar o calote. Ao final da conversa falou que iria descontar do motoqueiro, que não tinha nada a ver com a situação mas assim fez. Quando deu uma semana o motoqueiro veio nos questionar sobre o pagamento do lanche que não havia caído e iria descontar dele. E nos enviou uma foto com dado de pix mas do banco Santander sendo que, o pix enviado foi para banco Bradesco... Enfim falamos com ele que o banco estava errado e então o proprietário verificou no Bradesco e lá estava o pix. Mas depois de todo esse trastorno não houve um pedido de desculpas nada. Falta muita educação , gentileza e saber como conversar com os clientes.
TERRIBLE experience. I don't recommend it to anyone not for the lunch but for the customer service that is horrible. We made the purchase and paid by pix... We sent the receipt to the restaurant with all the correct data, name and CPF of the correct owner and he insisted that we didn't pay because it hadn't fallen, as if we wanted to default. At the end of the conversation, he said that he would take it out on the biker, who had nothing to do with the situation but he did so. When it was a week later, the biker came to ask us about the payment for the lunch that hadn't been dropped and he was going to deduct it. And he sent us a photo with pix data but from Banco Santander, the pix sent was to Banco Bradesco... Anyway, we talked to him that the bank was wrong and then the owner checked Bradesco and there was the pix. But after all this upheaval, there was no apology at all. It lacks a lot of education, kindness and knowing how to talk to customers.

Vou avaliar por aqui também, pois infelizmente no app Ifood não posso mais responder. Pedi um combo com fritas, hambúrguer e refrigerante. Atrasou quase 1 hora, mas eu fui muito educada com o entregador pois sei do seu esforço e o tempo todo mantive a empatia e a cordialidade no chat com o estabelecimento. Mas me vejo no direito sim de da meu feedback, fiz meu feedback com 4 estrelas e o estabelecimento me respondeu de forma extremamente irônica e grosseira, ainda apontando que eu avalie mal mesmo com o entregador vindo trazer o refrigerante que ele esqueceu ( o que não aconteceu, pois ngm voltou ) Mas o tal estabelecimento não sabe lidar com críticas, o hambúrguer é sim muito bom. Mas houve atraso, e veio itens faltando,além da humildade de reconhecer um erro. Eu dei 4 estrelas no app Pq de 5 eu achei sim necessário da meu feedback e retirar uma. Mas o estabelecimento não sabe lidar com nenhuma crítica. De toda forma o hambúrguer é sim bom, e espero que aprendam a assumir o erro de vocês com honestidade. Obg
