Terrible attendance. They didn't answer the numerous calls I made. And they didn't see what I put in the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais faço pedidos aí, atendimento rude, tem um gordinho ( que acho que seja o dono) que se acha o rei, coitado , deveria ter o mínimo de educação ao tratar qualquer cliente pois não sabe o que aquele cliente pode vir a comprar depois.
I never order there again, rude service, there's a chubby guy (who I think is the owner) who thinks he's the king, poor thing, he should have a minimum of politeness when treating any customer because he doesn't know what that customer might buy later .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só resolvi compartilhar pq já aconteceu várias vezes. Você faz o pedido, eles aceitam e depois de pago eles não atendem pelo WhatsApp nem ligação normal. Você coloca a observação por escrito no pedido eles nunca leem nenhuma observação. Quando a pessoa chega pra retirar no horário que eles disseram que era pra retirar, nunca está pronto e oferecem outras coisas no lugar e pra completar, se vc não puder ir buscar o pedido depois do horário que eles disseram e vc já deu viagem perdida eles nem te ligam perguntando se vc quer que entregue e simplesmente dizem que “jogou teu pedido no lixo” e não te devolvem o dinheiro.
I just decided to share because it has happened several times. You place the order, they accept it and after payment they do not answer via WhatsApp or normal call. You put the note in writing on the order they never read any notes. When the person arrives to pick up at the time they said it was supposed to pick up, it's never ready and they offer other things instead and to top it off, if you can't pick up the order after the time they said and you've already missed the trip they They don't even call you asking if you want it delivered and they just say "throwed your order in the trash" and they don't refund your money.
