★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é razoável, o atendimento é ótimo, as meninas que lá trabalham (sim, só tem mulheres que conhecem muito do assunto, muito mais que muito homem que se acha sabichão, adorei) elas são ótimas, infelizmente a razoabilidade do local fica por conta de sua organização (muito material atolado em uma loja pequena) e o preço, bastante caro, caros até mesmo para os produtos de alta e baixa qualidade.
The place is reasonable, the service is great, the girls that work there (yes, there are only women who know a lot about the subject, much more than a man who thinks he is wise, I love it) they are great, unfortunately the reasonableness of the place is account of their organization (a lot of material stuck in a small shop) and the price, quite expensive, expensive even for high and low quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos de qualidade e preços competitivos mas os atendentes estão longe de entender sobre vendas, qualidade e atenção ao cliente. A loja tem uma infinidade de peças, dificilmente o cliente não encontrará o que precisa, porém os vendedores (exceto uma senhora muito atenciosa), além de não terem conhecimento sobre os produtos e suas aplicações, ficam tentando "se livrar" de qualquer cliente que seja um pouco exigente e solicite melhores informações sobre o que está comprando ou deseja comprar. Não recomendo, a não ser que você saiba exatamente o que procura.
Quality products and competitive prices but the attendants are far from understanding sales, quality and customer service. The store has a multitude of pieces, hardly the customer will not find what they need, but the salespeople (except a very attentive lady), in addition to not having knowledge about the products and their applications, are trying to "get rid" of any customer who be a little demanding and ask for better information about what you are buying or want to buy. I don't recommend it, unless you know exactly what you're looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você deixa um fogão para fazer um ORÇAMENTO de conserto e eles não te retornam. Quando você cansa de esperar e liga pra saber eles dizem que o serviço já foi feito, ou seja, nem ligam pra ver se o cliente aprova o orçamento. Por mais que você não concorde com essa prática, acaba aceitando pra ver o problema resolvido, e assim eles vão se mantendo, empurrando o serviço guela abaixo nos clientes. Confirmando outro comentário aqui lido, com exceção da senhora mais idosa (que atende muito bem e realmente tem interesse em ajudar) o restante dos funcionários, se encontram um pouco de dificuldade, já logo dizem que não tem o produto ou que não é possível realizar determinado reparo, dando a impressão que querem "se livrar" do cliente.
