★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento no SAC, comprei um móvel e paguei pela montagem, além da demora para mandarem um profissional para montarem, o mesmo nao conseguiu montar, não soube, procurei a central de atendimento a atendente com quem falei me informou que após 48 horas a loja iria mandar outro profissional, esperei o prazo e nenhum profissional veio montar meu móvel, no caso o gabinete da cozinha juntamente com a pia que também comprei nesta loja. Ao retonar novamente a ligação no SAC obtive a resposta de que a atendente não marcou a revisita do montador até minha casa. Vou até a loja pedir o estorno do dinheiro que gastei comprando uma mercadoria que não foi montada e quando houve tentativa montaram errado, mesmo pagando a taxa de montagem.
Poor service at the SAC, bought a furniture and paid for the assembly, and the delay to send a professional to assemble, the same could not assemble, did not know, I sought the service center with whom I spoke informed me that after 48 hours the store I would send another professional, I waited the deadline and no professional came to assemble my furniture, in this case the kitchen cabinet along with the sink that I also bought in this store. By re-dialing the call at the SAC, I got the answer that the attendant did not make the assembler's return visit to my house. I go to the store and ask for the reversal of the money I spent buying a product that was not assembled and when attempted they mounted it wrong, even paying the assembly fee.
