★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja horrível! Não comprem nesse maldito lugar! Funcionários me passaram a perna! Bando de ladrão mentirosos! Tinha que falir! Fui enganada não só por um, mais todos os funcionários da ponto frio! Botaram um valor absurdo num produto que comprei na loja e ainda me falaram que era de presente, mais quando liguei pra central eles cancelaram o que estava aumentando o valor! Presente o c* deles! Se não tivesse ligado e acreditado neles ainda taria pagando um valor absurdo num produto que nem vale tanto, um produto de 1.999,99 eles botaram um valor de quase 5 mil reais! Era 4,887,88. Ainda falaram que era esse valor, e que as coisas que tavam cobrando era presente deles que não estava sendo cobrado! Tudo mentira!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem umas vendedoras que trabalham DENTRO da loja PONTO FRIO, que vendem chip da CLARO. Minha mãe IDOSA foi lá pagar uma conta e uma delas ofereceram um chip e o mundo, a mesma disse que não queria porque já tinha um plano, e mesmo assim a vendedora insistiu, minha mãe leiga, se deixou levar. A vendedora acessou o computador de DENTRO da loja e conseguiu ter acesso ao cpf da minha mae. Ou seja, minha mãe ja pagou duas contas, que não solicitou. E o gerente da loja não se responsabilizou dizendo que só responde pelos funcionários dele. Mas isso não vai ficar assim. A minha mãe foi uma de talvez milhares que essas vendedoras da claro estão enrolando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um box de solteiro veio sem o furo para colocar os pés, voltei na loja falaram q iriam enviar um técnico para realizar a.montagem já se passaram 15 dias e nada nem o telefone eles atende.
