Na central de atendimento pior ainda nunca resolve nada na hora so fala que vai avisar o setor. Loja pessima em resolver problemas do cliente. Não comprem nesta loja é furada....
I bought it on 03/20/2021 on the Pontofrio website for withdrawal in this store, they gave a Wattsapp but the employees just roll it up and don't solve anything. Irresponsáveis, começam a cobrar sem o boleto estar vencido,
E outra coisa, ligaram no serviço da minha mãe, ao invés de ligaram no celular dela, ligaram na empresa. É a funcionária inútil, passou o contato do chefe da minha mãe.
Ele disse a minha mãe que será demitida por esses encomodos de mensagens a ele.
Quero que deletem o número do chefe da minha. Meu nome Luis Cesar e Minha Mãe Rosana
Espero competência de vocês em retirar o contato do chefe dela. Ou vou procurar meus direitos. Primeira e última vez que compro nessa loja. Não indico a ninguém.
Não atendem telefone, é direto fora do gancho e whats app, repetem várias vezes a mesma mensagem.
