I made a purchase at the store and I really loved it, but on my second purchase, a strap broke the next day, now I don't know what to do because I'm not in São Paulo and I was disappointed I hope they solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente mal humorada e dona pior ainda! Atendente estava com muita má vontade de me ajuda. E pra completar a dona que estava no caixa toda cheia de sarcasmo e mal humor queria praticamente me forçar a comprar mais, mesmo eu dizendo que era só isso que iria levar... péssima experiência
Grumpy attendant and owner even worse! Attendant was very unwilling to help me. And to top it all off, the owner who was at the checkout all full of sarcasm and bad humor wanted to practically force me to buy more, even though I said that that was all it would take... bad experience
