★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para fazer funcionar a roçadeira pois estava engasopada e me cobraram pela lâmina que ja estava na maquina , vi a nota 27 dias depois e não quiseram me reembolsar pela lâmina cobrada indevidamente, deveria ter conferido a nota "sim" mas confiei cegamente na empresa paguei e fui pra casa ...somente quando achei a nota reparei a cobrança.
Espere que o proprietário me reebolse pelo erro , pois nem eu e nem você vai ficar rico por uma lâmina de 30 reais.
Assim que resolver meu problema eu retiro o que escrevi aqui obrigado.
I asked to make the brush cutter work because it was choked and they charged me for the blade that was already in the machine, I saw the note 27 days later and they didn't want to refund me for the blade improperly charged, I should have checked the note "yes" but I blindly trusted the company I paid and I went home ... only when I found the note did I notice the charge.
Wait for the owner to throw me back for the mistake, because neither you nor me will get rich for a blade of 30 reais.

Deixei meu cortador de grama para conserto, demoraram 30 dias para orçar, alegavam que tinham muito serviço (não pegassem mais), depois que orçou autorizei imediatamente e no dia seguinte, uma sexta feira me ligaram que estava pronto. Fui testar no final do dia e 5 minutos depois já não funcionou mais. Cobraram para afiar a faca e ela estava do mesmo jeito que foi. Levei no mesmo dia e eles alegaram que não tinha importância não ter afiado a faca. Falei que se cobraram deveriam ter feito, além de os reparos não terem durado 5 minutos. Hoje, 4a. feira ainda não tem data pra me entregarem. Detalhe é que já paguei os R$ 280,00 que me cobraram a vista e em dinheiro.
Péssimo atendimento, não usarei nunca mais. Espero só que me devolvam o equipamento funcionando pois é semi novo.

I left my lawn mower for repair, it took 30 days to budget, they claimed they had a lot of service (they didn't get any more), after I budgeted I authorized it immediately and the next day, a Friday called me that it was ready. I went to test at the end of the day and 5 minutes later it didn't work anymore. They charged to sharpen the knife and it was the same as it was. I took it the same day and they claimed it didn't matter that I didn't sharpen the knife. I said that if they were charged they should have done, and the repairs did not last 5 minutes. Today, 4th. there is still no date for delivery to me. Detail is that I already paid the R $ 280.00 that charged me in cash and in cash.
Bad service, I will never use it again. I just hope that the equipment will be returned to me because it is semi new.
