Quatro dias falando com o vendedor, no dia que eu até a loja fechar, a medida do sofá que estávamos falando não existia. O valor era muito mais caro e não tinha a pronta entrega
O vendedor insistiu muito para eu colocar um sofá de 2m em uma parede de 1.90m

Isso que a loja garante a qualidade das molas e estofamento, mas a realidade é outra!
Pelo valor que paguei, esperava algo melhor .
Não indico !!!

Depois de alguns meses, cerca de 6 meses meu sofá desencaixou em um dos lados e a atendente do SAC - Thais - informou via whatsapp (tive que falar com 3 pessoas pra conseguir contato) que "CUMPRE REGRAS, ORDENS" e que não poderia resolver esse pequeno problema. Perderam uma cliente.
I had a problem with the delivery that was resolved after a lot of stress. They didn't give me an invoice for my purchase. After a few months, about 6 months, my sofa unplugged on one side and the SAC attendant - Thais - informed via whatsapp (I had to talk to 3 people to get in touch) that "FOLLOW RULES, ORDERS" and that she couldn't solve it. this little problem. They lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma péssima experiência em relação à qualidade , não indico a loja , pois ele garantem qualidade e logo na entrega veio com um visível defeito nas almofadas, uma mais baixa do que a outra . Acabamento horrível , linhas soltas por todo o sofá . Fora que o sac demora para responder , hoje 08/01/2022 fazem 4 meses exatamente que recebi meu sofá e um lado do encosto soltou , entrei em contato com sac , onde fui informada que não poderiam fazer nada em relação ao defeito , pois a garantia é de 3 meses . No ato da compra fui informada que qualquer problema eles me atenderiam…., Propaganda mega enganosa em todos os sentidos, Qualidade 0 do produto, super frágil e muito ruim o acabamento .
Para complementar a reclamação falta uma almofada que não foi entregue pela loja no dia da entrega do sofá , conforme o combinado! Até hoje não recebi e não tive um retorno do Sac ……
Que outras pessoas não tenha essa péssima experiência!!!
I'm having a bad experience in relation to quality, I don't recommend the store, because they guarantee quality and soon on delivery it came with a visible defect in the pillows, one lower than the other. Horrible finish, loose lines all over the sofa. Apart from that the sac takes a long time to respond, today 01/08/2022 it's been exactly 4 months since I received my sofa and one side of the backrest came loose, I got in touch with sac, where I was informed that they couldn't do anything about the defect, because the warranty is 3 months. At the time of purchase I was informed that any problem they would answer me…., Mega misleading advertising in every way, Quality 0 of the product, super fragile and the finish is very bad.
To complement the complaint, a pillow is missing that was not delivered by the store on the day of delivery of the sofa, as agreed! Until today I have not received and I have not had a return from Sac ……
I hope other people don't have this bad experience!!!
