No meu caso não tinha pronta entrega e o prazo máximo foi de 20 dias úteis. Aceitou desconto a vista por transferência bancária.
Good service and many different furniture options for offices, schools etc. I found the price a little above what I would like to pay, but searching other stores I couldn't find anything cheaper with the same quality. In my case there was no prompt delivery and the maximum term was 20 working days. Accepted cash discount by bank transfer.

Quanto ao atendimento, não posso avaliar pois fiquei cerca de 20 minutos dentro da loja e não fui atendido, talvez o problema seja o fato de ter uma única vendedora pra atender a loja toda.
The store is huge but very dark, clearly trying to save on the electricity bill. It has plenty of options. As for the service, I cannot evaluate because I was inside the store for about 20 minutes and I was not served, maybe the problem is the fact that there is a single salesperson to serve the entire store.
