As especificações de memória e armazenamento muito inferiores ao anunciado..
Decepcionado com a compra.. e estarei indo na loja para troca do aparelho ou devolução do valor pago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na unidade Nova Iguaçu, enquanto me atendia "de costas" a atendente arruma um monte de caixas, mostrando total desrespeito ao cliente. Entendam que o preço pode ate ser o melhor mas e o atendimento não for bom o cliente compra na loja do lado, e pleo visto não foi apena eu que reclamei.
Pior de tudo, câmera com um valor no boa dica, e quando solicitei ela disse em alto e bom tom que não iria me vender pq não era aquele preço que estava no boa dica, já trabalhei com o site e sei muito bem que assim que acaba o estoque da pra retirar o anuncio do ar. Só não acionei o 190 por estar com o tempo apertado, mas tirei print e gravei tudo, agora vou entrar com processo contra a mesma. Att.
Terrible service in Nova Iguaçu unit while attending me "back" the clerk gets a lot of boxes, showing total disregard for the customer. Understand that the price may even be the best but the service and not good for the customer purchases at the store side, and was not seen pleo apena that I complained.
Worst of all, camera with a value on the good tip, and when I asked she said loud and clear that she would not sell me because it was not that price that was on the good tip, I've worked with the site and I know very well that as soon as runs out of stock to remove the ad from the air. I just didn't turn on the 190 because the time was tight, but I took print and recorded everything, now I'm going to file against it. Att.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive grandes problemas com a Loja da Penha com relação a nota fiscal. Liguei antes de comprar perguntando se emitiam nota fiscal. Eles disseram que sim. Comprei alguns produtos na quinta dia 18_06_2020, no ato da compra disseram que a nota iria por e-mail. Perguntei se fariam hoje, pq precisava ser reebolsaldo, a atendente confirmou. Nao chegou no meu email. Liguei pra la na sexta, disseram que iam ligar para o adm e mandariam. Nao mandaram na sexta. No sabado estive na loja e expliquei mais uma vez que precisava da nota, ela fez contato com adm mais uma vez e me disse que estavam emitindo naquele momento. Resolvi esperar, uma hora se passou, e nada de nota fiscal. Disse a ela que precisava trabalhar e que se a nota nao chegasse ao meu e-mail, eu levaria os equipamentos de volta na segunda. Dito e feito, a nota nao foi emitida e tive que devolver.
DICA: NÃO COMPREM SEM NOTA, SE DER ALGUM PROBLEMA COM PRODUTOS E NAO QUISEREM TROCAR OU COISA PARECIDA, A JUSTIÇA SO ACATA COM A NOTA FISCAL EM MÃOS.
I had big problems with Loja da Penha regarding the invoice. I called before buying asking if they issued an invoice. They said yes. I bought some products on the fifth day 18_06_2020, at the time of purchase they said that the note would go by email. I asked if they would do it today, because it needed to be reimbursed, the attendant confirmed. It didn't reach my email. I called there on Friday, they said they would call the adm and send it. They didn't send it on Friday. On Saturday I went to the store and explained again that I needed the note, she contacted adm again and told me they were broadcasting at that moment. I decided to wait, an hour passed, and no invoice. I told her that I needed to work and that if the note didn't reach my email, I would take the equipment back on Monday. Said and done, the note was not issued and I had to return it.
TIP: DO NOT BUY WITHOUT NOTE, IF YOU GIVE ANY PROBLEM WITH PRODUCTS AND DO NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE OR SIMILAR THING, JUSTICE IS ACCORDING TO THE FISCAL IN HANDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia a todos eu como cliente não entro na loja de N.I fui lá no último sábado fui surpreendida o vendedor ficou a todo tempo me assediando sou mulher por isso mesmo venho relatar ocorrido sempre fui bem atendida com as meninas sempre bem tratada não porque sou mulher mais porque sou cliente, Já falei com meu esposo que é advogado fui na delegacia da mulher já fiz o R.O agora espero que os donos tome muito cuidado com esse vendedor que usa uma medalha no peito pra falar que já foi Militar .
O meu pai é da reserva mais nunca ouvir falar que isso dar o direito de ficar praticando isso é uma vergonha .
