★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui até a loja para comprar alguns itens para o meu pet e perguntei sobre o banho, me informaram um valor (após completa descrição e diversas fotos mostradas) e entregaran um cartão. Quando liguei para agendar o banho, fui extremamente mal atendida por uma moça que é um poço de ignorancia e trocaram o valor que previamente haviam me passado. Não indico a ninguém.
Bad service, I went to the store to buy some items for my pet and asked about the bath, they informed me of a price (after full description and several photos shown) and handed a card. When I called to schedule a bath, I was extremely poorly attended by a girl who is a well of ignorance and they exchanged the amount they had previously passed on to me. I don't tell anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico esse comércio nem para o meu pior inimigo. Comprei um shampoo de 36,00 e quando fui utilizar identifiquei que havia colocado agua dentro dele. Voltei na loja para trocar a mercadoria e a moça que nao de ide isso na loja dela antes.
Foi grossa,nao teve um pingo de empatia pelo seus clientes. De vendedora essa senhora esta longe de ser . Pessima administração
I do not recommend this trade even to my worst enemy. I bought a shampoo of 36.00 and when I went to use it I identified that I had put water in it. I went back to the store to exchange the merchandise and the girl who didn't go to her store before.
It was thick, it didn't have an ounce of empathy for its customers. As a salesperson this lady is far from being. Poor administration
