★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Levei meu note pra formatar eles perderam meu note. E quando entregaram TD zuado. Mandei em outra assistência, qdo eles abriram tinha um clipes seguram a ventoinha do meu note. Nao indico pra ninguém.
Terrible. I took my note to format they lost my note. And when they delivered TD teased. I sent in another assistance, when they opened it had a clips holding the fan of my note. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Apesar de estar dentro do Shopping Sorocaba não paguei estacionamento. Parabéns pelo atendimento.
Very well attended by Mr. Silvio César. Quality products and well packaged. Very satisfied. Moderate prices. I had to go back and exchange a product that I bought wrong, attended by Mr. Wesley. No problem any exchange made and very satisfied with the exchange. Despite being inside Shopping Sorocaba I didn't pay for parking. Congratulations on your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro fora do estado de SP e precisava trocar a tela do meu celular J5, pois onde moro não há assistencia. No momento do atendimento, dia 10/04, eu não soube precisar se o modelo era.Pro ou Prime, então o atendente identificou o celular como sendo J5 prime e informou que a frontal do aparelho custava 290,00, valor que aprovei. Passados 10 dias da entrega do aparelho nenhum contato. Informei que era de fora do estado e que precisava pegar o cel até dia 20. Fui informada que dia 16 estaria pronto. Ao ligar, no dia 20, sou informada que o aparelho foi identificado como J5 Pro e o valor da tela era de 500,00!!
Ao perguntar pq não entraram em contato, disseram que não conseguiram, sem que houvesse qualquer chamada no cel, e nenhuma tentativa de contato via Whatsapp. Ainda fui culpada pelo atendente, pq segundo ele eu que informei o modelo errado do aparelho, sendo que a loja se diz especializada!
Péssimo atendimento, sem respeito ou preocupação nenhuma com o cliente, e falta de conhecimento técnico . Não recomendo!
I live outside the state of SP and needed to change the screen of my cell phone J5, because where I live there is no assistance. At the moment of the service, on 04/10, I did not know if the model was .Pro or Prime, then the attendant identified the cell phone as J5 prime and reported that the front of the device cost 290.00, which I approved. Within 10 days of delivery of the device no contact. I told her that I was out of state and that I needed to get the cel until the 20th. I was informed that day 16 would be ready. When I call, on the 20th, I am informed that the device was identified as J5 Pro and the screen value was 500.00 !!
When asked why they did not contact, they said they could not, without there being any call in the cel, and no attempt to contact via Whatsapp. I was still guilty by the attendant, because according to him I informed the wrong model of the device, and the store says specialized!
Poor service, no respect or concern with the customer, and lack of technical knowledge. Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei dos pratos, mas da última vez pedi a picanha em tiras e me decepcionei muito, não era picanha de jeito nenhum, só carne dura cheia de nervo. Preferia ter pago um pouco mais para comer picanha de verdade
I always liked the dishes, but last time I ordered the picanha in strips and I was very disappointed, it was not picanha at all, just hard meat full of nerve. I would rather have paid a little more to eat real picanha
