Antes o problema era somente no teclado. Após a assistência ter avaliado, outros problemas apareceram por conta dessa avaliação e testes que fizeram.
Agora tenho que ficar com o notebook ligado somente pela sua fonte. Pois, soldaram e quebraram o conector da bateria. O computador simplesmente não carrega e nem sequer mostra mais a porcentagem de bateria restante.
In short, they simply aggravated my notebook problem even more.
Before, the problem was only on the keyboard. After the assistance had evaluated, other problems appeared due to this evaluation and tests that they did.
Now I have to keep the notebook connected only by its source. Well, they soldered and broke the battery connector. The computer simply doesn't charge and doesn't even show the percentage of battery remaining.
