O pessoal que faz o serviço de despachante não deveria jamais trabalhar com o público. A suposta dona é muito ignorante, não sabe falar, diz para você o que vai ser melhor ai quando da errado ela fala que você que escolheu, grita no telefone com você.

WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD for you to do any kind of process.
Personnel who do the duty of a dispatcher should never work with the public. The supposed lady is very ignorant, she does not know how to speak, she tells you what will be best there when she goes wrong she says that you chose her, she yells on the phone with you.
